The Wine Cellar is an Italian restaurant which has an atmosphere of an old world Tuscany. The Wine Cellar restaurant offers a full menu along with first-rate pizzas and pastas. The Panzano is a contemporary Italian restaurant with a seating capacity of 160 guests and is located on the first floor. The Panzano features homemade pastas, traditional meats, game and fresh seafood.

In keeping with the expectations of a boutique hotel, the Hotel Monaco's 189 deluxe guest rooms and suites combine high style, practical amenities and attention to detail. Amenities include: evening turn down service with chocolates, feather down comforters and pillows, terry cloth robes, in-room fax, copier and printer, two-line speaker phones with computer dataports, private voicemail, coffee makers with Starbucks coffee, in-room safe, CD stereos, gourmet treats in the fully-stocked honor bars, express checkout and the Mediterranean suites feature deluxe bathrooms with two-person whirlpool tubs. The Monaco guest rooms feature sleeping areas in the same room with the sitting area and a choice of beds and range in size from 300 to 400 square foot. The Monte Carlo Suite features all of the above plus separate sleeping and sitting areas, a queen-sized sofa bed, DC player, king-size bed, upgraded amenities and is approximately 475 square feet in size. The Mediterranean Suite is a warm and inviting large corner suite which features a Fuji jet-tub and may be combined with a king-sized Monaco Guest Room creating a two-bedroom suite. The Majestic Suite is a parlor suite on our top three floors facing over over 17th Street and can accommodate groups of up to 22 for receptions. The Majestic also includes a wet bar, two optional adjoining bedrooms, large bathroom with upgraded amenities and an oversized Fuji jet-tub.
